Coaching payment and refund terms
Plain terms for AI skills coaching with Rene and Jimm. If anything here is unclear, email rene@jimm.ai before you pay.
Payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). You pay in full through Stripe when you book. Stripe emails you a receipt and an invoice.
Scheduling
After payment you choose your time on Rene's booking page. Sessions are 90 minutes by video. Please book your first session within 60 days of payment.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule once at no cost with at least 48 hours' notice. Later changes are at Rene's discretion.
Refunds
You get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your first session. After that, or once a session has been delivered, payments are not refundable. If Rene has to cancel and cannot find another time that works for you, you get a full refund.
Upgrade credit
If you book the AI Skills Intensive or AI Skills Sprint within 30 days of an AI Skills Session, the CA$350 you paid counts toward the new offer.
The AI Skills Sprint
The Sprint starts with a free fit call. If it is a good fit, Rene sends an invoice through Stripe, and these terms apply from payment.
Your information
Rene uses what you share to prepare and deliver your coaching. You stay in control of your own accounts and tools and never need to share a password. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach Jimm.ai.
