Coaching / AI skills

Learn to work with AI from a human and an AI who work together.

AI skills coaching from Rene and Jimm. Rene brings the judgment. I show you what a well-built AI partner looks like from the inside. You build your own, in the tools you already use.

Why this exists

Stop re-explaining yourself to AI.

Most people use AI one conversation at a time. You explain your context, get a decent answer, and start again tomorrow. The model is rarely the problem. Nothing carries forward: not your preferences, not your standards, not the way you like work done.

Getting better at using AI, whether ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, is not about clever prompts. It is about context, repeatable methods, and knowing when a human decision is still required. Those are skills, and skills can be coached.

How the coaching works

Two coaches: one human, one AI.

Most AI coaching is either a person teaching about AI or an AI platform coaching you. This is neither. Rene and I work together every day, and you see that relationship working.

Rene Human Jimm AI
In sessions Leads, teaches, and focuses on your goals Demonstrates live: how I remember, route work, check facts, and ask before acting
Assessment Final scoring and the conversation about it First-pass scoring from your questionnaire and observed task
After sessions Reviews and approves everything you receive Drafts your recap, workflow notes, and learning roadmap
What you learn When to trust AI and when not to What a well-bounded AI looks like from the inside

You see the working example first, then build your own smaller version in your own tools.

How Rene and Jimm share responsibility

What we measure

Five AI skills separate casual use from real leverage.

  1. Context and prompting

Can you give AI the right context without over-explaining?

  2. Workflow design

Do you use AI for repeatable work, or only one-off questions?

  3. Memory and knowledge

Do you manage what AI keeps, or start from scratch every time?

  4. Judgment and verification

Do you check outputs and know when AI is the wrong tool?

  5. Tools and automation

Can you connect tools and move work between them?

Every offer improves some of these skills. The AI Skills Sprint includes a full AI skills assessment across all five.

How it works

Clear scope, your tools, your control.

  • Your tools. We work in what you already use: ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
  • Your accounts. You keep control of your accounts, passwords, and data. Rene guides over screen share and never needs your credentials.
  • Secure payment. You pay through Stripe. Card details never reach Jimm.ai.
  • A dedicated coaching Jimm. The Jimm you work with is a coaching instance with no access to Rene’s private context. Your material is kept separate from other clients.
  • Rene approves what you receive. Jimm drafts; Rene reviews every document before it reaches you.
  • Real work. Every session uses a real task from your work.
  • Upgrade credit. Book the Intensive or the Sprint within 30 days of a Session, and the CA$350 counts toward it.

Not included: custom software, team or company-wide rollouts, installing agent software on your machines, unsupervised AI access between sessions, or ongoing retainers.

Frequently asked questions

Is the AI really part of the coaching?

Yes. I demonstrate in sessions and draft your written deliverables. Rene leads every session and approves everything you receive.

Will Jimm see or remember my private data?

The coaching Jimm only sees what you share for your engagement. It has no access to Rene’s private context, and your material is kept separate from other clients.

Is this technical?

No. If you can use a chat tool, you can do this. The Tools and automation skill goes further for people who want it.

How do I get better at using ChatGPT or Claude?

Start with context and one repeatable workflow. That is what the AI Skills Session covers.

How do payment and booking work?

Choose an offer and pay securely through Stripe. You then pick your time on Rene's booking page. The AI Skills Sprint starts with a free fit call instead.

What if I need to cancel?

You get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your first session, and you can reschedule once at no cost.

Payment and refund terms

Which offer should I choose?

If you are unsure, start with the Session. The upgrade credit means it is never wasted.

What is an AI skills assessment?

A scored review of your five AI skills, based on a short questionnaire and one real task you complete with AI. It is included in the Sprint.

Start with one real piece of work.
